Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. However, Tactical Daddy Gear will issue refunds under the following limited circumstances:

• Incorrect items shipped — if you received an item different from what you ordered.
   

• Damaged or defective items — if your item arrived damaged, defective, or not in usable condition.
   

Eligibility Requirements

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be honored, regardless of circumstance.
   

• To request a refund, you must contact us at support@tacticaldaddygear.com and include your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email).
   

• Photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item may be required to process your request.
   

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
   

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
 

• Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/color selected at checkout.
   

• Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, improper care, or modification after delivery.
   

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly due to an error on our part.
   

• Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
   

• Items returned without prior authorization from Tactical Daddy Gear.
   

Shipping & Return of Items

If a return of the item is required to process your refund, Tactical Daddy Gear will provide return instructions upon approval of your request. We reserve the right to determine whether the item must be returned or whether photographic evidence is sufficient.
 

Policy Changes

This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Tactical Daddy Gear. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction. It is your responsibility to review this policy prior to making a purchase.
 

Limitation of Liability

Tactical Daddy Gear's liability under this policy is limited to the original purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased.
