Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to arrive.
Most orders arrive within 7 days of the order being placed, though delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Tactical Daddy Gear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all qualifying domestic orders over $85 (subtotal before taxes and after any discounts).
Orders under $85 will be charged a standard shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Tactical Daddy Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at support@tacticaldaddygear.com if you need to update your shipping information, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tactical Daddy Gear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your neighbors and local carrier, then contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@tacticaldaddygear.com with photos of the damage.
